Day 9 of 17 Day Diet

Hanging in there. Around 6 lbs down and feeling pretty good. Clothes are already fitting looser. Two workouts a day are probably helping to. I got my 17 Day Diet cookbook in the mail today and I am very excited to try some receipes although after going to the ENT yesterday I found out that since I have a low thyroid I should be on a gluten free diet so I am now researching all of that. Hubby has had some issues the last 10 months or so and was told also to be GF so it will help with both of us doing it but I don't think he realizes how hard it will be. This man loves my chocolate chip recipe. I have to make him cookies every week. He is very thin so gaining weight isn't an issue but he sure will be disappointed if he can't have his cookies.
