Still Here

I'm still here! I just really haven't had anything to write about. I haven't been feeling the greatest the last few days so I gave myself three days off from everything. I'm not quiting. It's just a three day break from tracking and exercise. That doesn't mean that I allowed myself to binge because I haven't. I've still been eating decent. I've just been a little stressed over a couple things so to relieve some of the stress I let myself not exercise or track for three days. But tomorrow my three days are over so its back to the exercise & tracking.

I found another walking video at a pawn shop last week for $2. I couldn't resist it for that price. I haven't tried it yet so I might try it tomorrow.

    You want to make sure you are doing what's best for you. You still know whether something is right for you or not, whether you track it or not.

    At first I gasped at the thought of time off. Then I thought about it and decided it was wonderful! Instead of quitting, like I do now and then, take time off with a commitment to return at a specified time. Three days seems just right! It will get you over the hump and then back to your routine will help you feel even better! emoticon See you soon!
