Jogging Can Be Fun!

I never thought I would say that. I always hated the thought of jogging or running. But since I have started 5K training, I am loving it. I am progressing nicely. I have goals to meet with this program and so far I have met every goal/exceeded it. I am truly very happy. And my shins are not hurting me as bad this time. Super happy!

    Actually I am not sure. I will have to look into it. I wanted to do the Cantrell Center 5K but wasn't able to. It was a few weeks ago. It feels good to get out there and just jog/run knowing I can do it and it doesn't hurt that bad anymore. Before I started losing weight last year I couldn't jog because my shins would hurt too bad. That is why I thought I would never enjoy running/jogging, because it was pain for me. They are a little sore now but it isn't excruciating pain like it was before. emoticon emoticon
