Jogging Can Be Fun!

I never thought I would say that. I always hated the thought of jogging or running. But since I have started 5K training, I am loving it. I am progressing nicely. I have goals to meet with this program and so far I have met every goal/exceeded it. I am truly very happy. And my shins are not hurting me as bad this time. Super happy!
