C25K update

Sorry I haven't posted an update in a while. I got a new job and life got a little crazy. I got sick a few weeks ago and so I ended up taking a few weeks off of running (really bad idea since I was only sick for a weekend). I'm getting back into it and find that I miss running on the days/weeks where I don't run. I have to get fully into it again since my mother-in-law has signed me up for a race on April 14th. I'm really excited and nervous about running a 5k, but I feel confident that I can do it. My body has changed a lot (not so much in weight, but more how I feel when I move and just how I move). I'm loving this change and am excited to keep going.
