1) one minute test:
modified push ups:
pull ups: 0
2. Equipment free weights
3. Dumbbells/resistance level 2 pounds
4. Tracking: fitness tracker , food/exercise on sp
6. measurements: weight as of this am 243.1 wohoo met my next goal but will keep it set there and see what happens this week.
