baby steps

yesterday I had an apple for breakfast
carrots for one snack
an apple for another
a dark chocolate/oats granola bar around 6
and roast chicken with potatoes and veggies for dinner. with two glasses of wine.

I know I need to try to cut back on the alcohol - but I savored the glasses. also: I didn't eat a large amount of potatoes.


then I painted my nails and sipped my second glass of wine as desert. it was lovely.

today's goal: get in a workout.
