Had A Good Weekend!!

I am getting back on track. I did the Elliptical yesterday and today. I joined a challenge to do 20 min a day. Yesterday I did 25 minutes and today I did 32 minutes. This is good for me since I am still recovering from my knee injury from last Sept. I am back on this journey heading in the right direction. I still have a way to go but I am doing better.
