I'm down to 204 as of this morning. I'm feeling proud of myself and oddly doubtful. Doubtful that I can keep doing this. Then I remember: OH WAIT! Just for today! I CAN do this for just today." And I am back on track.
So far I have had a protein shake (home made with almond milk, fruit and whole almonds) and a steak salad for lunch. I snacked on rice crackers with goat cheese. That was yummy! I have been slipping with water and I can feel the difference so today I am re-focusing on that one.
