Day 13

I'm down to 204 as of this morning. I'm feeling proud of myself and oddly doubtful. Doubtful that I can keep doing this. Then I remember: OH WAIT! Just for today! I CAN do this for just today." And I am back on track.

So far I have had a protein shake (home made with almond milk, fruit and whole almonds) and a steak salad for lunch. I snacked on rice crackers with goat cheese. That was yummy! I have been slipping with water and I can feel the difference so today I am re-focusing on that one.

    You SHOULD be proud of yourself. Making changes from old habits to new is not an easy road to take, but it is not impossible. Doubts (?) there is room for them, but the more we doubt the more we stand still. You are taking the high road and that is emoticon . I love goat cheese, well any cheese, but I haven't had goat cheese in a while so I am adding it to my list along with rice crackers (I already have red onion) and try this new "treat".....thanks for sharing. Any particular rice crackers?

    A reminder we can all use - take it one day at a time or one hour, or even one minute at a time.

    Your menu today sounds yummy! I love rice crackers with goat cheese. I find that a small amount of red onion adds quite a lovely flavor.
