Today is a great day already! I have been keeping with waking up early so that I can begin to work out in the morning. It has always been the best time for me, so why not? Today, I did NOT feel like working out or doing much of anything really. But when my body was yelling because i was so sore, I popped in my biggest loser Wii game and did the beginer (light) yoga (with warm-up and stretch after wards). Then I asked my hubby for a game of tennis, which led to a game of golf. I totally forgot how much fun the Wii was and how nice it feels after I get moving. Yesterday was a good day too because I ran with my niece and normally I would have been huffing and puffing, but I ran a "race" with her and I could tell my breathing was a little heavier, but not out of breath. I think I am beginning to like exercising. Just doing what I want spontaneously I think might be the key..... So glad that my 10 minutes of "loosening up" became 40 minutes of fun exercise! A definite woo hoo moment!
