Week's 11 and 12 in Review Mar 11-24

Spring 5% Challenge started, and we just completed the first week...yeah! I don't usually exercise on Saturday's, but between wanting to get in my 12 miles walking this week, and posting some air miles for the Awesome A Team, I did 30 minutes on the Elliptical tonight, stretched, and took the dog for a walk. I never count the dog walks as exercise, because she has to stop and sniff the air, the grass, the sidewalk, you get the picture....snails move quicker! It is additional steps for me and that is all. I feel like I had a pretty good week, had a NSV, and I lost a pound!!! My NSV, got in 10 glasses of water everyday last week emoticon emoticonfinally! Now to keep that momentum going!

1) Average 10 glasses of water daily
2) 5 cardio sessions per week (split between Curves and walking)
3) Walk 12 miles per week
4) Average 10,000 steps daily
5) Track all food daily and stay within calorie range
6) Get at least 60 grams of protein daily
7) Strength Training 2x per week

1) Water:
Week 11: 60 total( 8.57 per day)
Week 12: total 70(10 per day!!!) emoticon Week 12
2) Cardio:
Week 11: 6 sessions (2 walks and 4 Curves)
Week 12: 9 sessions (2 elliptical training; 3 walks; and 4 Curves) emoticon
3) Miles walked:
Week 11: 7.44 cardio and 31.65 total
Week 12: 13.02 cardio and 38.64 total emoticon
4) Steps:
Week 11: 62,803 total; 8972 per day
Week 12: 76660 total; 10951 per day emoticon
5) Track and calorie range:
Week 11: emoticon
Week 12: emoticon
6) Protein:
Week 11: met goal 6/7 days; averaged 64 grams per day (improvement)
Week 12: met goal 6/7 days; averaged 64.7 grams per day (also improvement)
7) Strength training:
No additional either week beyond Curves

Focus for this week:
1) Maintain at least 10 glasses of water daily
2) LTGL challenge this week is measuring portions on everything; will use as one of my focuses
3) Protein intake at 60 daily at minimum
