1 week to go !!

1 week to go for my first weight in, and I can't wait. I have gone slightly over my calories the last 2 days but not by much. I took yesterday off from exercise to let my feet rest after Thursday's 3.5 mile walk. I really wanted to go walking yesterday in the great weather but I could barely walk. The feet are feeling much better today so I went to the gym and rode the bike for 70 minutes and burned a nice 525 calories.
I will be trying my best to work out as much as I can this next week. Putting a rush on the calorie burning for the next 7 days until my weight in. I am going to weigh in on Sunday the 1st....yes April fools day. Let's all hope that I don't feel like a fool after I get on the scale. I would be thrilled with a 15 pound loss, but that may be wishful thinking. I will be happy with 10 and a little surprised if it's less than 10.
Regardless of what number pops up on the scale, I will not be let down, not even a little bit.
Six weeks into eating better and four weeks into working out & Sparkpeople, I feel a lot better physically and mentally. It feels good to know I am sticking to it and doing really well.
I've had a couple small bumps in the road but nothing that we don't all have.
