I did not meet my goals this past week but I am making progress. I met everything except I only lost 1 lb instead of 2. I still feel really good. I am working hard and not giving up. I love that I am starting to crave healthy foods and that I only really want to drink water. Good things are happening!

This week I will drink 8 cups of water everyday, I will work out three times this week and burn 300 calories each workout, and I will lose 1 pound.

I am so excited! I haven't met all of my goals yet so I haven't been able to reward myself, but I am working hard and that is what matters. My clothes are starting to fit better and I feel healthier and more active. I am motivated and becoming stronger.

On a side note, my younger brother is joining the marines and today I watched as he had a fitness test. He had the second fastest time out of everyone that took the test. I am so proud of him and know that he will be great at whatever he does. This is great motivation for me because I want to be strong like him, and make him proud!

    That is great that your clothes are starting to fit better and that you feel better. I know that you can reach your goals if you just stick to it. Great job so far.
