So I took the cat to the vet yesterday and apparently he is overweight. He's now on a diet. It's portion control for the both of us but I'm definitely exercising more than him. He's the lazy, cuddly type. He doesn't like to go very far when he goes outside. His hunting skills are nonexistent which is awesome. He once brought me a frozen potato and was very proud of himself.
I'm back to doing C25k. I plan to do a 5k race in June and maybe a 10k in August but I haven't decided yet. I was suppose to do day 1 yesterday but I had to postpone and did it this morning instead. Day 2 is tomorrow.
After my mini meltdown last week I'm trying not to think about the scale or the numbers too much. I just need to keep on moving. Stick to 1200-1300 calories per day and exercise 6x a week. That's the plan.
