Amazing day!! Amazing week! A Woo Hoo for me!

Whew! I did it. I worked 19.5 hours this week. I worked 6 hours today! I got my lunch break, and my coffee break, and other than first thing in the morning, I felt pretty good back wise about my pain. I have been drinking my water. I had a healthy breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner.
The woman from human resources came by with a visitor today and introduced me as one of the Master's librarians on staff. That floated my boat. She also suggested I apply for two current open positions on staff that would utilize my skills more now that I can work more hours. I am psyched! One of them is full time, but she said they were flexible. It has to do with contacting authors, contracts, etc. and the other is proofreading the audios. Wow. I am so excited right now.
This week I have read at least two books, listened to two audio books, working on two others. One of which is the biography of Chaucer (author Canterbury tales.) Tonight I am beginning Mockingjay by Susan Collins (Hunger Games Book 3).
I am hoping I can keep going in a positive direction and don't crash tomorrow.
After work, I had a girl's night out with a friend, and we went to see Hunger Games, stopped at the store (I bought a book), and we went out to dinner. I brought home half my dinner and it is in the fridge for tomorrow. I ate a kid's size popcorn with no butter, and ice water at the movies.
Oh, and at work, I walked 1 mile in the building throughout the day, one mile on my lunch break after eating, and another mile when I went out with my friend for a total of 3 miles. And my friend is interested in joining my Relay for Life Team. I also slept 7.5 hours and got up before 8 to get ready for work.
This is the light at the end of the tunnel. It sort of just appeared. I don't even care if my allergies make me nuts (I am taking my allergy meds), it feels good to get out! Today is a big Woo Hoo! I am even thinking about breaking out my paints and tackling the kitchen tomorrow if my good feeling continues.
