30 Day Shred: Day 7

Day 7 Completed!

I am so happy that tomorrow is my rest day. I've been working so hard between pushing myself on the Shred and then walking for 70-80 minutes on the east river promenade. I'm proud that I was able to complete my first full week of the double workouts with the Shred and the walk and survive!

It is paying off though :) I gained a few pounds the first few days of the Shred, but I am happy to report that those extra pounds are gone in addition to an extra pound from my weigh in this morning.

The clicking in my knee is slowly going away, in fact, I didn't hear it when i left my apt earlier today. WOOT WOOT!

I'm definitely getting stronger, I know I say this everyday; however, I can tell from the push ups. I can do more quality push ups than before.

I'm actually looking forward to measuring myself in April since I only do it once a month.
