Is this the break through week?

It has been a good week! While I haven't been able to get the cardio in that I would have liked due some knee pain, I have been working the core and the arms and what fun it is to see the muscles emerge!
My eating has been good - I have made simple choices that I am hoping will add up to big bennefits come Monday morning weigh in. I feel really good about my eating last night. Thursday nights are the most difficult. I prepare and cook the kids meal prior to boy scouts at 7pm - then my husband and I eat at about 8:45 after scouts. I busied myself to avoid snacking prior to eating and kept my meal portion to a healthy size.
I have made good substitution choices and snack choices. I have been logging my food to keep me on track at the end of the day. I am eating more fruit, fiber and protein. I am trying to reduce the non or less nutritional carb intake. I find eating enough protein challenging.
