On track!!! Losing weight! Progress report #1

Been on track, for really the whole month of March. From where I'm getting used to tracking again, have had a few slip ups, but I feel like they are learning experiences.
So I stepped on the scale today and I weigh 165. That's down 5 pounds, maybe even 7. Once I hit 170 I just stopped weighing myself those first few weeks. I am really proud of myself. I have been eating super clean, and eating salad from our garden 2X per day, and exercising my butt off.
I'm trying to go to spinning or Zumba 3 days a week, and on my off days walk and or do yoga. I've been doing it!.
After doing yoga I ate my super healthy bean soup with brown rice, now I'm off to go walk in the cemetery. Everything is blooming so it's super pretty right now!!!
