Made first smoothie with veggies in it.

I was just going to do fruit veggies and water but I do not have a juicer and I cannot get the carrots to blend smoothly enough for that. I used strawberry Kefir instead. I needed the probiotics anyway. Eating poorly for such a long time cause my chronic infection of my scar to flare yet again. So, out with the added sugars, soda, pretty much anything but honey or splenda is out right now. Sorry got sidetracked there.

Recipe for smoothie:

1 cup strawberry Kefir probiotic
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 medium banana
3 ounces of kale.

It's a pretty purple color and tastes really good.
