Plan for the next several weeks

Continue to try and make better food choices. Amp up my exercise. I want to be able to run a 5K by next fall. Lose at least 6 more pounds in 2 pound increments. Find creative ways to work more veggies and fruit into our diets. See if I can hold those planks for the full 2 minutes, could only do about 45 seconds the other day but I will get there.
Busy weeks ahead. I have girl scout events planned. I am about to enter my works biggest loser competition on the 26st. If I win one of the categories I will get a kindle fire and cash...now there's a good incentive.
