Pump it!

Why oh why did I choose to do a body pump class last night? I am so tired this morning I broke with my plan and indulged in a coffee (evil caffeine) and now my hands are shaking! More fool me I guess.

But.. why isn't Body Pump an option in the Fitness section? Anyone know? I swear I have never worked so hard in all my life! The squats especially threaten to have me legs giving way and me keeling over, weights and bar tumbling on top of me as I collapse onto the Step of joy. Or maybe not but I am def shakey when I end. I don't hurt as much this week but I am still using the baby weights. I really need to move up to the next size if I am to save face with everyone else in that room.

Paintball also isn't an exercise option. Have the mods ever played paintball? There is lots of running, squatting, crouching, throwing yourself to the ground and crawling behind things, dodging and ultimately pain. Oh and stairs! There were stairs involved too. It was a great 2 hour + workout and I can't log it properly. :( I'd def recommend it everyone, the high I got from this lasted two days and I would jump at the chance to do it again. Exercise the fun way. And with guns, what more could a gal want?

Tonight I'm doing the final pool dive of my scuba course (more calories burned hurrah) and then I have the sea dives to look forward to. I'm a little concerned that in the two weeks since the last dive I've forgotten all the info and I'm going to drown but we'll see, LOL. I am SO looking forward to tomorrow when I get to lie in, oh my gosh I cannot WAIT!! Is it wrong to be this excited about sleeping? I am such the sloth, just call me Sid.

I've also been keeping my food diary up to date and have noticed my healthy eating take a major dive in the last two weeks. I'm not expecting it to get any better tomorrow either as I'm drinking for a friend's birthday but my exercise levels are awesome. It's either one or the other with me, once I get both in line they'll be no stopping me!
