A different take on the 4 essentials for a healthy life

I subscribe to and their editor's blog. Today I had an email titled "The 4 Pillars of Good Health." Thinking to myself, oh yea lots of water, sleep, exercise and good food, I clicked on the link to read more. I was pleasantly surprised and thought I'd post the link here. It is a refreshing approach to healthy living. Enjoy

    On the blog you suggested, did you happen to read the piece of the 9 worst foods to eat?
    Boy, that rocked my world!! I'd be really interested to know if you think that advice is valid? I'm reeling from some of it and thinking....well, no wonder I'm not losing as I'd like to! Interested in your feedback ---IF you have time! I understand if you don't!!!

    Nice! It is a different take on things, but comes back around to finding balance in all things. I'm working on regaining mine as we speak (type?).
    As for the dusting? You betcha emoticon Although instead of jeans, I dusted off an image of a smaller silhouette that doesn't involve my bulging belly. THAT is at the forefront of my thoughts now. Thank You for contributing the nudge I needed.
