Today was a beautiful day--sunny and breezy and lovely. And, I managed to fit some fun time in, and not just do work (I did a lot of work, but I went out with my family too)--it was so nice!
I also exercised, which makes me feel great. Went for a walk for an hour and then did a 5-minute core workout (Shape video) and a 12-minute lower body workout (different Shape video). Hurrah!
Now I’m getting ready for bed.
I’m working on staying at 1200 calories/day, and trying to make those 1200 calories nutritious. I think it will take me some time to figure it out, but I believe I’ll get better at it the more I do it.
