30 Day Shred: Day 5

Day 5 completed!
The knee is still clicking but i continue to work out since there is no pain and it only clicks during deep lunging, which i don't do. While I have the clicking sound my lunges are very short and i do my best to be conscious of my form. No worries, I still work up a nice sweat.
I can definitely tell my upper body strength is increasing. I am able to do more modified push ups and more lateral raises which are the second most difficult move for me after the push ups.
I have read so many posts on Spark People about people starting the program or going out to get the video but there is not many success stories that I have read yet. Being mindful that there is so much information on this site i haven't even read a portion of the 30 Day Shred info so it may be out there.....Im still looking! :)
Looking forward to day 6 tomorrow : )
