Day 3 of the 17 Day Diet

Well I have been successful so far. I am down about 6 Pounds since day 1. Deleting coffee has probably been the hardest for me. I thought the 2 workouts a day would be but once I get started it's not so bad. Tonight will be a challenge because I won't even be home till about 9 then get kids to bed and get one in. Always busy on Wednesday nights. 2 workouts on Monday and 2 on Tuesday. Aldready did one this morning, think I will do 30 minutes of elliptical and then maybe my total gym. I haven't done it in a while. Excited to keep seeing the weight come off. I really want to reach by goal by May 24. Only 9 weeks to go!!!
