30 Day Shred: Day 4

Day 4 completed :)
I had an interview today and almost didn't do it. But then I thought of all the hard work i have been doing and pulled through to not only complete the Shred but also complete a 3 mile walk.
My knee is still popping so i am not going hard core through the entire DVD but I am definitely building up a good sweat. My pushups are modified and consistent and I am getting stronger with the situps.
I am starting to enjoy level one, and realize that i need to purchase some 3-5lb weights to increase the effectiveness of this level. I hope by the end of the 10 days i can do at least one or two unmodified pushups.
Looking forward to day 5! :)
