Spring Challenge Goals

The Spring Biggest Loser Challenge began 6 days ago. It runs for 10 weeks. One of the challenges is to write down goals, expectations for this time period. I probably should have taken the time to think through this before the challenge actually began but my mind was too consumed with my first 5k.
Weight Loss Goal - 25lbs.
1. Increase my cardio. I've been a bit slacking since I was sick in February.
2. Increase my ST. I don't know why I have such a mental block over this. There are so many programs on SP, it doesn't take much time but I have a hard time actually DOING IT!
3.Keep my calories in the spark range given to me. I'm going to try to cycle through low and high.
4. Do another 5k. Found one for May 5th
5. Start focusing on my TRI training. Do bike at least once a week and swimming 2x a month.
I'm thankful for such a wonderful White Tiger team as well as my other spark friends who I am able to receive support and motivation from.
