Backsliding seems to be in my nature! Today got it going again. Beautiful out and so far have only really enjoyed it today.
My oldest son was here for my youngest son's wedding. It was quick because the brides father was really sick. The wedding went off beautifully - her father couldn't make it.
We had the wedding on Friday and buried her father on Saturday. It was pretty emotional for everyone.
It's over and the kids are doing great. They now are starting a beautiful journey together and I'm sure her father is with them throughout.
Back to me - I have been running like a fool so haven't been on Spark much or working my plan. Back to it now. It wasn't as much a habit as I thought if this could throw me. I'm over it and now am working towards making the habit so strong that I can live it in times of trouble also.
Walking, writing in my journal, tracking food, drinking my water, and keeping a good attitude. Those are my forever goals and I'm back on it.

"Walking, writing in my journal, tracking food, drinking my water, and keeping a good attitude." - you have all the elements of success right there!

so sorry to hear of your daughter-in-law's loss - she is going through a lot right now - death of a parent and marriage are both major life events - I will keep her and your son in my thoughts

It's so great to have you back. Isn't is surprising how easily things can take us back?! I've been really enjoying the gym, I just have to make sure I keep doing different workout activities so I don't get bored without realizing it!
Sorry to hear about her father. I'm glad they had a lovely wedding.
