Day 9

I started the day just great. Mentally I was "in the game." Had a good breakfast, and a nice snack. Enjoyed a protein shake for lunch. The early afternoon I hit a kind of wall mentally. I felt bored, I wanted to eat but knew I wasn't hungry and I didn't know what I wanted if I ate any way. So I exercised. Did a full body strength training. It only took 15 minutes to do the exercises I chose. And then I felt good again. No longer wanted to eat and I wasn't bored. I love endorphins!!

Back on track. I work at 3:30 so for the rest of the afternoon and until early evening I will be occupied. When I get done I already have a great snack planned. And maybe more exercise. That felt good.

Finished the day with all my nutrition in limits except fat. Went over a bit. But I think this day has been a success!
