It's killing me !!!

Good afternoon everybody.
As many of you know from my post or blogs, I am weighing myself only once a month. I really don't like the ups & downs of day to day, or week to week weights.
I have been eating better for about 6 weeks now and on Spark-people & exercising since March 5th. I feel better and have been getting great workouts in, at least 3 a week and sometimes 5.
I have 11 more days to go until the end of the month and the waiting is killing me !!! I know I will have lost weight and I am proud of myself for all the work I have put in. The scale will not define me. Regardless of what it says, I know that I am getting healthier by the day. My body is feeling better every day and most of all, my mind is doing well. Even without stepping on a scale, everything I have done is already paying off. The way I feel is much more important than what a scale might say but nonetheless, I am counting the days with anticipation.
Every day I make good choices is just going to make that day sweeter !!
Yesterday I put up some "before" pictures on my page so I have them to compare to what I will look like when I get to that final goal weight of 220 Lbs. Every day when I pull up Spark on my computer at the log-in page, I see these great before & after pictures. I promise all of you right here & now, that I will be on that page someday !!! That's one of my newest goals and if I just keep up what I've been doing, I WILL get there !!
I bet you, that those healthy looking " before & after " people had plenty of slips along the way. They just didn't get discouraged and kept going.
I hope you all have a nice day. Stay strong and make good choices. We all slip up sometimes. Just get right back up and keep going, YOU CAN DO IT !!
P.S. Some of these healthy frozen meals I have for lunch are really, really good. Why do they have to put so much dam salt in them ??? 710 mg. / 30% of the daily intake !!!!!
If they could cut that down by 60-70% I could eat them more often. I only eat 1 a week.
