So this is the chat I had with my friend Ryan this morning. He wasn't trying to play Devil's advocate, but in the end that's exactly what he ended up doing for me.

I feel bleh today. I gained back 2 pounds I lost, I don't wanna eat healthy (although I had a healthy breakfast and packed a healthy lunch). I am supposed to run/walk with Tim tonight but I don't know if the weather is going to cooperate

Ahh well, don't force your body to eat healthy if it doesn't want healthy.. Give yourself a day or 2 of unhealth and get it out of your system

Well.. until you get the urge out of your system, it will be hard to stay healthy. I would advise being unhealthy for a little... Then you can make up for it next wk!
