thanks all tomorrow is the interview....

Monday, March 19, 2012

Tomorrow is my interview, at 7:30 am. They wanted to see me tomorrow now matter what I guess. My boss told them I was schedualed 8-5 for sales training in the same building.

I don't know why so eager on their part. They do not know me. I have never worked with anyone in that building. I hope it's a good sign, and that it's not just squishing all the candidates in as quick as possible.

I need to shine. I don't want to be the first one interviewed, and then quickly forgotten...Kind of afraid of that. The last few can be remembered more easily if you are doing several interviews. Anyways

I will take all your advice and words to heart. Thank you.

Before I interviewed job candidates I talked to their current boss and learned everything I could about the person. But, that was a long time ago. If managers still do that then they may know more about you than you think. Get yourself to relax, not easy, and handle the interview the way you do your job - with confidence. You'll be fine young lady.

Think positive! If you are enthusiastic and let them know that you will be an asset to the department, it will go a long way. Let them know what your strong points are and then just shine, shine, shine!
