30 Day Shred: Day 3

I completed the third day of the shred even though the popping in my knee is still present. I know i should get it checked out, but with no health insurance that is not an option at this time. I will first try to work out in moderation and rest the knee to see if this helps.
In the mean time I worked up a nice sweat and would work through the pops unless there was pain. When was there pain you ask? Only when i lunged too low and oddly during the jump rope. All other exercises i was fine.
I would like to say that the workout got a little easier today, but it didn't. While I can complete the entire workout, Jillian still kicks my booty. I like it.
In regards to my weight. I have read many people say they gained weight in the beginning. Well, so did I. I am up about 3lbs. It can be because my muscles are retaining water or maybe the restaurant i ate at this weekend put more salt than I usual eat in the food? Otherwise my eating is fairly healthy and i keep on point with my calorie intake.
As always in addition to the 30 Day Shred routine, I will be going for my daily walk later today and do my best to keep motivated and keep on going :)
