It Is What It Is

Stepped on the scale today and it said "134" (9 lbs over goal and several pounds weight gain over the past couple of weeks). Have had an injury that has kept me from working out regularly and have been eating too much convenience food...blah...blah...blah. It Is What It Is. No more - no less. It is a step backward, but I am not going to blow it out of proportion or stick my head in the sand and continue on a downward spiral. Maybe before Sparkpeople, that would happen - but not now.
So, Coach Nicole and I worked out together this morning (with the help of a Spark DVD). I have a plan for eating within my ranges today and its going to be a great day!
If feels good to just write this stuff down and own up to it! Hope everyone has a great Spark Day!
