I am feeling low coz of my finances that are almost uncontrollable.I decided to take some days off from work to destress because I am overworked.I decided to take some me time and head to the gym and torched 500lb ,at least that is what the cardio machines say.40 min on the treadmill and 5min on the stepper and 20 on the bike and 10min on the elliptical.Plus I did a lot of strength training especially the legs and arms which i dont get to work on often. I felt good as exercise seems to lift my mood and not make everything seem gloomy. My collegaues were phoning about work and I told them they have to cope without me,so switched off my phone. I am going to have a hearty llunch of chicken salad and a power smoothie and later have tea with toast and take my son to the park when he is back from school. I need these couple of days to focus on me and rejuvinate for a gruelling week next week.I am so happy to announce since doing ten days of 30 Day Shred I have shed 8lbs and now moving on to level 2.So looking forward to that.happy saprking folks.
