Need prayer for God's willl, and grace to accept it.

Sunday, March 18, 2012

I applied for another department with my company, and they want to interview me. I have never been to an internal interview before. I am really nervous. I really want this job. I have been wanting to plant myself firmly with this company, and I think I can do it in this department. I know I want my career here. It is a wonderful company to work for.

So, I pray for God's will on this one, and if rejected the grace to accept it and move on. Any tips for the interview is appreciated. It is an entry position and they already know I do not have experience in this part of the company.

WISHICOULDFLY gave you excellent interview advice. I can't improve on that. If you do not get the position then God has something better planned for you.

When I didn't get a very important promotion in the Navy and was emotionally devestated I thanked God for it and what happened the rest of of my life was, in retrospect, better because of the failure to be promoted that was supposedly a career killer.

    Good is good!!!

Think about what YOU can do to bring VALUE to the company. Instead of talking about what the position means to YOU, demonstrate what YOU and your skills and attributes will bring to the position and the company. Best of luck to you! Let us know how it turns out! emoticon

Praying that God gives you the desire of your heart. Ask God to go in the interview and speak on your behalf knowing He does all things well.
