I'm going to be back at it full swing. I had a full free day yesterday and had a little ice cream left for today. Other than that my eating was on track. No exercise though. Tomorrow I'l be cycling to work again. Planning strength training on Tuesday and Thursday. (my days off) Cycling on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. One more strength training on the weekend. I am thinking of doing 2 bodyparts BFL style per training, that will give me a full body training once a week. And the way they are trained BFL style they will need the time to recover. I used to be sore up to 5 days after one of those. That's why I never made it to three times a week. My muscles never felt ready to do it again after 5 days. So then I might as well break it up in three parts.
