Shaun T program results

Well as some of you may know, I was doing the Shaun T 4 week program. It started with a 3 day detox, which lasted only a day and a half for me, but I dedicated myself and I'm pretty pleased with my results.

When I first began this program I was 167 pounds. I was tired all the time, my stomach was bulging much more, jeans that I was weraing just 2 months prior, I could no longer fit into (I thought it shrank in the dryer-NOT!! emoticon) I wasn't drinking enough water, I was inhaling a lot of sweets (cakes, cookies mostly) and I just couldn't believe that I was sabatoging my own health. So I took my life back and decided to rejoin Spark like I did 2 years ago. I tracked my food for 4 weeks. I started off slow with exercise. Now I get up earlier to do it (which helps a lot), I have more energy and I can do double workouts (that were required) with ease. Sometimes I'm so pumped with energy that I do a third workout (usually walking) or do strength training.

4 weeks ago I was:
weight: 167 pounds
bust: 35 inches
waist: 36 inches
hips: 41 inches
rt thigh: 23. 5 inches left thigh: 22.75 inches
rt bicep: 12.5 inches left bicep: 12 inches

Today I am:
weight: 161 pounds
bust: 34 inches
waist: 34 inches
hips: 39.5 inches
rt thigh: 20.6 inches left thigh: 21.25 in
rt bicep: 11.5 inches left bicep: 11 inches

Grand total of 6 pounds 10.9 inches loss off my entire body!! Woo Hoo!!

Tomorrow I will start the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred program with a few additions here and there. Wish me luck and have a blessed week! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
