Daily Log 3/17/12

Strength Training: None

Cardio: None

Food Tracking: Tracked all day and ended up 200 under even with eating dinner at the high school tonight. Who knew they would have such diet friendly fare, LOL.

Other thoughts: Still feeling the lingering effects from the migraine yesterday, but no time to slow down. I'm glad it was my "rest" day because I was outside for 12 hours helping with the charity baseball game. Lugging pop and food from the school to the concession stand. It was crazy but a beautiful day. This evening the music department had their annual talent show/dinner. I set that up between running the concession stand for the baseball team. Goodness, I think I know every inch of that school by now. Anyway, we served between 400 and 500 people and had 30 acts from town. I am amazed at the talent our little town has. Dinner was grilled chicken, green beans, baked potato, homemade rolls & choice of homemade dessert. It was delicious!!!!!! Off to bed now to start again tomorrow.
