It has been over a month since my last blog post. I haven't lost any more weight - really the last few pounds tend to come and go. It is time to get off of this plateau and make some forward progress!
Work has been stressful and has taken a toll on my system with continual flare-ups. I am still finding new trigger foods. I may need to slip back into FODMAPs mode at some point to get a handle on the food triggers. I am still walking and running and fencing (a bit). I refuse to let the stress at work keep me from getting in my lunchtime workouts. I do need to pump up the strength training, though. The heavy stress also affects the blood glucose levels, too. It might be time to think about something like Yoga, It's just finding the time for it...
