I ate breakfast for two days in a row, and tracked my food every day this week. Getting back to SparkPeople has been a lot easier than I expected! The iPhone app makes it easier. If I don't want to record my food right away I am trying to remember to take a photo of it.

Moving day is in less than a week. The good side of this is that I'm getting a lot of weight-lifting exercise! It is very challenging for me to recognize that there are so many things we will not have access to for at least three months. It's also tough since there is no AC in the storage unit so I am overly worried about temperature changes on things. It is a careful dance between packing everything and leaving out what we will need to use - like dishes and cooking utensils.

What I've been up to... other than packing, I have been reading quite a bit (the Kindle is GREAT), focusing on dressing *up* for work, and typing a bunch of recipes into Pepperplate. I love the idea of having them available at all times online and on my phone instead of having to track down the cookbooks... plus, then I can pack the cookbooks.

House! We are making some changes that require a new building permit, but they are great changes, and we should be signing the papers at the beginning of next week so they can get going with the approval. The road area is flat now and the curb at the end is already in, so I think the road will be poured in the next week or so. OUR ROAD!

One of my accomplishments from the past week: we now have a post office box, so I can get the mail forwarded.
