New PR for the week

When I started the bicycle workout in the book, Ride Your Way Lean, I had an average pace for the week of 14.6 mph. This Saturday will wrap up the eleventh week of a fifteen week program designed to help me lose weight and ride faster. I weighed in this morning at 284. That is down from 305 on Jan 1. I will finish this week with an average pace of over 16 mph. I am so psyched about that. It will be fun to see just how much faster I will get as the weight continues to come off.
