Daily Log 3/16/12

Strength Training: None

Cardio: 2.7 mile walk this evening

Food Tracking: I tracked all day, stayed in range. Decided I really really really do not like Healthy Choice Meals for the most part, it wasn't even worth using my calories for so I bought a box of blackberries to chowed on it.

Other thoughts: I had a major migraine this morning so I didn't get my morning workout done, a little sleep and ibuprofen helped it. Still don't feel 100% but at least I can function now and I got in my evening workout.

    Sorry about migraine. I read drinking more water and taking magnesium supplement lessens migraine attacks. I am not crazy about Healthy Choice Meals either. Hope blackberries were good.
