I felt really strong this morning while riding into work. I had one 15 minute interval of 17-18 mph and four 1.5 minute intervals at 19-20 mph scheduled. It turned into a single 22 minute interval at 18-20 mph. I had an average pace of 17.6 which included stoplights and the parking lot at work. The interval training is really paying off.
