Tomorrow starts the 5% challenge.
I need to lose 11 lbs in 8 weeks. That's about a pound a half a week, which is very reasonable and I know I can do it.
I need to keep going with my food choices and exercise regime, and maybe even step it up a little. The first week, I'm not going to lie, is going to be tough, with hours of driving and a convention, but I'm hoping keeping this challenge in mind will help me stay focused.
This week we are 'flying' to Singapore. In order to maximize my contributions, I'm looking at 2 hours of exercise and 10 glasses of water/herbal tea per day. That is on top of the weight loss goal of 1.5 lbs over the week (though both should help with that)!
