I have been really slacking off for several months and my weight and health have paid the price and I am really motivated to see this challenge through with flying colors! I desperately want to get back to a consistent healthy lifestyle and have a good amount of weight loss during this challenge! I am aiming for a 25 pound weight loss and building up of my momentum to continue into the Summer Challenge with another 25 pounds! I also need to build up my exercising stamina again to be able to workout for hours without being totally exhausted after 15 minutes. I would like to get back to Zumba classes some time during this overhaul but I need more energy than I have right now to do that. I LOVED ZUMBA when I used to do it regularly and am making that one of my rewards for staying on track!
