Over the last few weeks I got a little lax when it came to taking all my vitamins (there's SO many). I finally noticed that my overall health started to deteriorate.
I'm back to the vigilant vitamin-taking and I'm feeling pretty good again.
Meanwhile, I've noticed that I really only have so much physical energy to be spent in one day. If I work out, even half as much as I would like, I have very little energy to spend writing. Even though I'm getting very few calories, my weight has shot back up because I get so little exercise. I have to make a choice, and I love writing too much. I'm afraid I am going to have to accept being a little pudgy. Sigh.
Still, I feel well, and that is something to be glad of.
