Daily Log 3/15/12

Strength Training: Pilates/Resistance Training 30 min

Cardio: 35 min low impact aerobics, 1 mile intervals (run/walk), .8 mile easy walk with my mom.

Food Tracking: I tracked all day, went over but not by much and think I worked out enough to compensate for it.

Other thoughts: Pretty good day, love this early spring weather.
