Just a day

Just a normal relaxing sort of day. Went to the gym yesterday and taking today off. My eating is going great !! In 9 or 10 days of tracking, I have only gone over my calories for the day twice. Those 2 times were only over by 100 calories and it was from good food, no junk. My calorie deficit for each day (calories used vs. taken in) has averaged - 1500. I know it's not an exact science, but that should equal close to losing 3 1/2 pounds a week. I'll have to wait until the last day of the month to find out as that will be my first weigh in. My goal for month #1 is 15 lbs.
