Daily Log 3/14/12

Strength Training: Need to work on this, didn't do any

Cardio: 1.6 mile walk in the evening

Food Tracking: I tracked all day, went over by 2 in calories. Not bad at all.

Other thoughts: Felt pretty good. Did presentation at school and laughed A LOT. Worked out in the yard moving barrels around.
