Trying something different

I was really working hard doing the WATP workouts but not having much progress lately. I think my body is too used to them even though I change them up regularly and up the miles and boosters and such. So I have started riding my bike everyday. I am feeling muscles I never knew I had. I am hoping that this will shake it up for me a bit and I can soon start seeing some progress. I know that I am making progress with the toning up but I really want that stubborn scale to start moving!
